Although this website does carry with it a title which includes the name of one Mary Tyler Moore, the content herein concerns the show which bears her name in its title, and therefore is a reflection of both free speech since Ms. Moore is not in any way affiliated with this website, nor is it an "official" website on the show that bears her name. The merchandise sold herein may include Ms. Moore's image but it was created elsewhere (not by those who own/operate MTMShow.com and its associated domains MaryTylerMooreShow.tv, MaryTylerMooreShow.net, MaryTylerMooreOnline.com) and does not deviate or depart from typical, non-unique items sold online/offline, including DVDs, videotapes, photographs, and other items that bear Ms. Moore's image/the title of the show that bears her name.
